Kavitha Karthikesu

A newsagent who operates CCTV on business premises, Kavitha Karthikesu has been prosecuted at Coventry Magistrates’ Court. Ms Karthikesu, a sole trader, pleaded guilty to the offence under section 17 of the Data Protection Act and was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £439.28 and a victim surcharge of £20.
