Gigacycle provides comprehensive IT Asset Disposal Services designed to help UK organisations manage their hardware transitions securely and sustainably.
Whether you are clearing out a single office or decommissioning a global data centre, our team ensures every piece of equipment is tracked and processed with full transparency.
By integrating our secure data destruction protocols directly into our IT Asset Disposal Services, we eliminate the risks of data breaches during the transition.
Our process is fully aligned with current GDPR compliance standards, giving you total peace of mind while you focus on your core business operations.
Managing redundant tech should not be a burden on your resources or the environment. Our specialised IT hardware recycling programme is focused on diverting electronic waste from landfills while maximising value recovery for our clients.
We take a circular approach to old electronic equipment disposal, evaluating every item for potential asset management and remarketing. This ensures that reusable components are given a second life, while non-functional hardware is broken down into raw materials.
By choosing an expert partner, your company contributes to a greener economy while staying compliant with all environmental regulations.

Via our own CCTV fitted and GPS tracked vehicle, your data is collected and immediately returned to our secure processing facility. You can see when your assets are collected through the customer portal.
Once delivered, your data is immediately unloaded and itemised with a unique ID assigned to each asset. At this point you can see each asset through our customer portal.
Once itemised, your collection is sealed and separated to avoid contamination. The collection undergoes a dedicated erasure process via one of our certified and approved erasure methods.
Once erased, an erasure certificate is automatically assigned to the asset with details such as serial number which you will be able to view and download through the customer portal.
For businesses looking to refresh their infrastructure, our computer recycling services offer a seamless bridge to new technology. We handle the heavy lifting, from initial collection to secure transport and processing.
If your hardware still holds value, we can assist with redeployment internally or facilitate a complete hardware refresh through our IT decommissioning and relocation experts.
For organisations requiring ongoing support, we also integrate these disposal workflows into our broader managed IT services. No matter the scale, we provide the industrial-grade hard drive shredding and logistical expertise needed to keep your business moving forward.

We are proud to have been awarded the Asset Disposal and Data Destruction Company of the Year at the computer security awards
